The vision of TGNHOIC is to
provide training and employment placement opportunities for low to moderate-income people
who reside in the Greater New Haven area.
We accomplish this by organizing, planning, and implementing, a strategy for promoting opportunities for education, training, and employment placement for unemployed and underemployed people.

The Greater New Haven O.I.C. Inc. has an open door policy and will assist any resident of the Greater New Haven Area to find meaningful employment.
Our team will interview each client seeking employment to determine their interests, educational background, and training needs (including assistance with your resume), and make referrals to the appropriate agencies that are hiring.
Our up-to-date database includes agencies, companies, and corporations that are hiring.
Moreover, (TGNHOIC) holds employment workshops where employers meet directly with clients seeking work.
To qualify for our healthcare training programs you must have a high school diploma.
Scholarships are provided by (TGNHOIC) for each program
