Patient Care Technician Training Program To become a PCT, you will need a Nursing Assistant Certification and a Phlebotomy Technician Certificate. The PCT Training Program is for 12 or19 weeks, depending on day or evening class. After completion you must pass the PCT Certification Exam. In order to qualify for this program at (TGNHOIC) you must have a high school diploma. Scholarships are provided by (TGNHOIC) for each of our health care training programs.
